The hotel is conveniently located near the Toul Sleng Museum and within walking distance of the Russian Market. the staff is friendly and helpful in planning excursions and getting the best deals. the hotel offers traditional Khmer food at a reasonable price.
The hotel is far away from the riverside, requiring a tuk tuk ride to reach the center of Phnom Penh.

The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail in all aspects. The location by the riverside and close proximity to the Toul Sleng museum adds to the overall appeal. The staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms, including the option of a balcony and rooms with three beds, are a nice touch. Additionally, having breakfast included is a convenient perk.
No significant improvements needed or All was just perfect!

The staff did not understand English very well but were very attentive and wanted to help as much as possible. I liked the fact that the hotel was clean, safe and modern.
I was in room 404. The air conditioninh worked but made a loud sound. Since I had just arrived from UK and the heat was unbearable I had to have the air con on but I did not get much sleep. Also there was a generator or a lift near the room which made a loud noise every 2/3 minutes which contributed to a bad nights sleep.

the balcony on the 4th floor, the service, and the carpeted hallways help keep things quiet!
the curtains didn't block out the sunlight, so it was hard to sleep in when your window faces east; and on the 4th floor the rain was so loud i couldn't hear my TV.

Great staff, convenient location near Toul Sleng genocide museum and Russian market. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and responsive. They promptly assisted me with airport pickup and transfer arrangements. The hotel is also conveniently located near popular attractions such as the Toul Sleng genocide museum and Russian market.
Rough around the edges, untrustworthy staff. The hotel overall could use some improvement, especially in terms of cleanliness.

The staffs are kind and the breakfast is good. The room is very clean, and the lucky supermaker is nearby.
About twenty minutes walking to the Pub street and BBQ.

The location, away from the crowded area near the river, makes it easy to get to the city center. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are comfortable, with options like a window facing the inside of a garage or even a balcony. Plus, the breakfast is included in the stay.
Everything was fine.

The staffs are great. A little far from the main town but it is really worth for the money you pay. Can save lots of money- cheap and nice
The food was a little boring and the location was a little far from town.
