Continuosly being pestered by the staff to use their taxi service which was a motorbike
only got de deluxe room that i ordered after one night because of fully booked!!!!
Staffs are polite, room is clean. I like the roof top balcony.
Location isn't near to major attraction points.
The staff did not understand English very well but were very attentive and wanted to help as much as possible. I liked the fact that the hotel was clean, safe and modern.
I was in room 404. The air conditioninh worked but made a loud sound. Since I had just arrived from UK and the heat was unbearable I had to have the air con on but I did not get much sleep. Also there was a generator or a lift near the room which made a loud noise every 2/3 minutes which contributed to a bad nights sleep.
the balcony on the 4th floor, the service, and the carpeted hallways help keep things quiet!
the curtains didn't block out the sunlight, so it was hard to sleep in when your window faces east; and on the 4th floor the rain was so loud i couldn't hear my TV.
The staffs are kind and the breakfast is good. The room is very clean, and the lucky supermaker is nearby.
About twenty minutes walking to the Pub street and BBQ.
The staffs are great. A little far from the main town but it is really worth for the money you pay. Can save lots of money- cheap and nice
The food was a little boring and the location was a little far from town.
Nice Hotel Good value for money.
Break fast is bad. Mainly combodian food except for bread & eggs.
The staff are very friendly, and deserve the price.
. Room was excellent and therefore I stayed instead of cancel booking. Only because discounted Rate $23
Booked hotel because pictures and specifications showed full equipped gym. But on arrival there was No Facility and they could not even tell me where I could find somewhere to go. Offered No discount so going to a separate facility added anothe $10 (Taxi and Gym) to my Daily exp
Fitness room and sauna etc advertised, this is why I chose the hotel. However, when I asked about these facilities on arrival, I was laughed at and told they didn't exist! Information said some rooms had balconies so I requested one if possible. I then asked again at the hotel where they did kindly accommodate me but in fact the balconies are a shared area on the roof of which only 2 rooms back onto but others can use. The room cost $22 but I have stayed in way better backpackers for a quarter of the price. I am a well traveled backpacker and was treating myself to a single room in a hotel but shouldn't have bothered! The breakfast was terrible! (And I will eat anything!)
The staff are friendly, helpful and well trained. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. It is in a quiet area but with restaurants close by and easy ride to the city. Very safe area.Overall a very pleasant hotel to stay and I use it regularly both for business and pleasure trips. Meals for room service are very good too.
Maybe a wider choice on the breakfast menu but only small suggestion, breakfast is very good buffet style.
I liked the size of the rooms.
I did not like a few things. First, we were on the ground floor and you had to walk outside of the hotel, through the parking area and down a hallway that was not secured. There was construction and it was loud. Also, there was a mouse in our room and they did not believe us the first time we called down and they came. We had to call them a second time and after awhile, we got the mouse out of the room. Also, when we asked for more towels they told us the housekeeper went home so we could not get any and there were not any left in the entire hotel. I was not horribly impressed.
I did not like this hotel at all ! It is noisy, not very well located, it was just the bad deal of my all trip in Cambodia. Fortunately, I only stayed a night.
Very nice hotel. Room was very clean, large and comfortable. Staff very helpful. Is appx 10 mins drive from the central tourist location.
Gym equipment not good
